Global Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager (Global).

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for global entities, ensuring timely and accurate payroll cycles
• Lead process improvements for payroll workflows and partner with People Ops on HRIS and payroll systems modernization
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and manage relationships with global payroll providers

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of progressive payroll experience
• 3+ years of experience managing global payroll across multiple countries
• CPP, CPA, or similar certification
• Strong understanding of payroll accounting and compliance in US and Canadian jurisdictions
• Proven experience implementing or upgrading payroll systems and process improvements
