Global Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll Manager to oversee and enhance multi-country payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for global employees, including pay, bonuses, and taxes across multiple pay cycles
• Develop and maintain reports to verify payroll workflows and track KPIs
• Collaborate with HR, FP&A, and external providers to align payroll with organizational strategies and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of payroll experience for 1,000+ employees, with ownership of multi-country and global payroll operations
• Experience with payroll systems such as Sequoia, Deel, Remote, Workday, and HiBob
• Strong analytical skills and experience in compliance with local labor and tax requirements
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in payroll processes and documentation
• Experience in a high-growth environment is preferred
