Global Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Global Payroll to lead and scale payroll operations across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for 1,600 U.S. & Canadian employees, including those with variable compensation structures
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and international regulations
• Manage a payroll team and coordinate with external payroll providers in Europe

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of payroll experience, including leadership in a public company environment
• Experience managing payroll for large employee populations with variable compensation
• Extensive experience with UKG and knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulations
• Experience supporting month-end close processes and partnering with accounting teams
• Strong internal controls mindset and familiarity with SOX environments
