Global Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the Payroll and Time Processing operation, the full-time Global Payroll Manager will manage payroll services for 16 countries across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada, driving process improvements and ensuring compliance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international laws
• Create and enhance sustainable processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Build partnerships with internal teams to deliver exceptional payroll experiences and generate comprehensive performance reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6-10+ years of global payroll experience with management responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of global payroll regulations and practices in a multinational environment
• Experience with Workday, SAP, or Oracle HCM systems
• Proficiency in English; multilingual skills in German, Spanish, or other languages are highly desirable
