Global Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Managing global payroll operations, the full-time Global Payroll Manager will ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery for employee populations in the US, India, and UK while collaborating with an offshore team and cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory requirements
• Manage and develop an offshore payroll team, providing coaching and quality oversight
• Serve as the primary payroll systems owner, managing integrations between payroll platforms and other HR/finance systems

Required qualifications

• Experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries, specifically in the US, India, and UK
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Celergo; Workday Payroll experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and US payroll tax requirements
• Proven experience supporting financial statement audits and managing an offshore team
• Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships, particularly with PeopleOps and Benefits teams
