Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Payroll Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for employees across multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
• Maintain compliance with payroll and tax regulations, preparing and submitting necessary filings and reports
• Lead and mentor the payroll team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 10 years, or 16 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in payroll management, including 3-5 years managing international payroll operations
• Proven experience with global payroll software and systems
• Strong knowledge of global payroll practices, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management related to payroll
