Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll Operations Partner (m/f/d) to manage and optimize payroll processes across international entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the preparatory payroll process for international entities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Manage external payroll providers and compliance, serving as the primary contact for payroll-related queries
  • Identify inefficiencies in payroll workflows and implement automation to enhance scalability
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing payroll for Germany, with additional experience in France and/or Spain preferred
  • Proven experience managing external payroll providers and ensuring compliance
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling
  • Fluency in both English and German (written and verbal)
  • Experience in process optimization and automation between HRIS and Payroll systems
