Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-life cycle global payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll operations and automation
• Mentor and develop the global payroll team, promoting cross-training and professional growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with multi-state and global payroll
• Strong knowledge of federal and state wage & hour laws and global tax regulations
• Experience with payroll systems and SOX compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll analytics tools
