Global Payroll Product Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the payroll sales process including deep discovery/technical evaluation and handling technical objections
• Serve as the Global Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) and enable sales teams on the solution's technical aspects
• Advise Core Account Executives (AEs) on deal execution strategy and provide feedback to Product teams

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in global payroll
• Experience in sales processes and technical evaluations
• Ability to develop sales collateral and playbooks
• Commercially-minded with a solution-based selling approach
• Tenured experience in a product specialist or similar role
