Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunity fit and complexity during deal execution and provide technical expertise
• Lead first-level technical discovery to determine the ideal customer profile and maximize deal size
• Serve as a Global Payroll Subject Matter Expert, enabling sales teams and developing sales collateral

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Global Payroll Sales or Pre-Sales Solution Consulting
• Proven consultancy and/or sales experience with global payroll processes
• Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze software solutions
• Demonstrated ability to employ consultative techniques to understand client needs
