Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and scale a team of Global Payroll Account Executives
• Build the Global AE playbook and establish best practices for growth and scale
• Monitor sales performance and report on team and individual results

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in tech sales management
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets as a manager and individual contributor
• Experience selling Global Payroll, EOR, or HRIS/HCM software
• Able to accurately forecast team performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
