Global Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll and Compensation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and process all payrolls, including biweekly regular payroll, monthly RSU releases, quarterly commissions, and monthly European payroll
• Lead the vendor evaluation for international payroll
• Assist with pricing new roles and general compensation projects and analysis

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in full cycle global payroll and compensation analysis and benchmarking
• Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
• Understanding of multi-state laws and taxes, and their impact on financial and statutory reporting
• Familiarity with compensation frameworks and salary benchmarking tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis)
