A company is looking for a Global Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations for its international workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across multiple payroll cycles
• Maintain compensation, health benefits, and retirement plans while managing payroll vendors and external partnerships
• Stay updated on international tax and labor regulations, and lead efforts to automate and improve payroll operations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of payroll experience, preferably with international scope
• Knowledge of California and multi-state payroll regulations
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; familiarity with ADP is a plus
• Proven ability to manage complex, deadline-driven processes accurately
