Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer payroll for employees across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll setup for new hires and manage retirement plans
Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in a Payroll or HR Generalist role with payroll administration
  • Experience administering payroll in the UK or the US, with knowledge of local payroll laws
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS); familiarity with Deel is a plus
  • Ability to maintain sensitive information and adapt to new payroll processes and regulations
