Key Responsibilities
- Administer payroll for employees across multiple regions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries and provide exceptional service to team members
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and manage payroll deductions and discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a Payroll or HR Generalist role with payroll administration
- Experience administering payroll in the UK or the US, with knowledge of local payroll laws
- Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS); familiarity with Deel is a plus
- Technical proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
