Key Responsibilities

• Administer payroll for employees across multiple regions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries and provide exceptional service to team members
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and manage payroll deductions and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a Payroll or HR Generalist role with payroll administration
• Experience administering payroll in the UK or the US, with knowledge of local payroll laws
• Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS); familiarity with Deel is a plus
• Technical proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
