Global Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

To support global payroll initiatives, the full-time remote Global Payroll Specialist will lead the development and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing project deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management globally
• Develop and implement strategies to promote the adoption of Oracle HCM solutions across various regions
• Provide support during payroll processing cycles and assist in the preparation of annual employee statements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules
• Proven experience in leading project implementations and managing the end-to-end SDLC process
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, particularly for the US, UK, and Canada
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and VBCS for report development and UI changes
