Global People Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global People Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the HR team and design and implement scalable global people operations strategies and infrastructure
• Automate processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality service
• Develop policies, manage relationships with HR technology vendors, and implement necessary technology to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on People Operations experience for global, high-growth teams
• Significant experience in compliance, benefits administration, payroll, systems administration, and performance management
• Experience with complex global corporate structures and leading people systems, technology, and processes in a multi-country environment
• Experience in program and project management
• Direct experience leading People administrative processes such as onboarding and maintaining accurate employee data and reporting
