Job Summary
Partnering with senior leaders, the full-time remote Global People Partner will lead strategic talent initiatives, drive performance management, and implement scalable HR solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to align people-related strategies with organizational goals and improve workplace relationships
- Develop and facilitate training programs and learning experiences that support company objectives
- Analyze organizational metrics and provide insights to drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement
Required qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of experience in employee relations within fast-paced, global environments
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organization development, or a related field
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably BambooHR, and strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to implement scalable solutions in talent development and workforce planning
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or equivalent preferred
