Job Summary

Partnering with senior leaders, the full-time remote Global People Partner will lead strategic talent initiatives, drive performance management, and implement scalable HR solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align people-related strategies with organizational goals and improve workplace relationships
  • Develop and facilitate training programs and learning experiences that support company objectives
  • Analyze organizational metrics and provide insights to drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in employee relations within fast-paced, global environments
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organization development, or a related field
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably BambooHR, and strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to implement scalable solutions in talent development and workforce planning
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or equivalent preferred
