Job Summary
Leading the global People Systems function, the full-time remote Global People Systems Director will manage HR technology optimization, particularly focusing on Workday, while driving strategic initiatives and enhancing system performance to support global People operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global People Systems strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on data analytics and technology optimization
- Oversee Workday configuration and maintenance, ensuring appropriate team resources and training while collaborating on system integrations
- Manage and develop the People Systems team, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring data integrity and compliance with global regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS, with significant expertise in Workday
- Proven experience in leading global HRIS implementations and operations, including data analytics functions
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices with a track record of delivering people technology strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
