Job Summary
To support the development of a modern performance management system at a global scale, the full-time Associate Director Global Performance Management will design, execute, and continuously improve performance processes, tools, and governance frameworks while collaborating with senior HR and business leaders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of global performance management processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy
- Manage performance cycles, governance, and communication, establishing standards for goal quality and performance calibration
- Develop key performance metrics and provide insights to inform talent reviews and workforce decisions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Performance Management, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, or Talent Management
- Proven experience in designing performance management systems linked to pay-for-performance
- Strong understanding of the relationship between performance, compensation, and talent outcomes
- Experience in global, matrixed organizations
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
