Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Portal Experience Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously update and optimize demo portals based on user feedback and sales scenarios
- Provide expert-level technical support for shared demo instances and troubleshoot issues using AI tools
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance demo assets and improve user experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Solid project management skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Expertise in troubleshooting with familiarity in AI diagnostic tools
- Strong technical aptitude, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cloud platforms considered a plus
