Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously update and optimize demo portals based on user feedback and sales scenarios
  • Provide expert-level technical support for shared demo instances and troubleshoot issues using AI tools
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance demo assets and improve user experience
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Solid project management skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Expertise in troubleshooting with familiarity in AI diagnostic tools
  • Strong technical aptitude, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cloud platforms considered a plus
