Global Portfolio Director

Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of the Drug Development Services (DDS) portfolio's commercial strategy, the full-time Global Portfolio Director will drive growth and maximize client value while collaborating with stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the DDS commercial strategy, aligning with business objectives
• Serve as product manager for DDS solutions, driving go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating opportunities for new concepts and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial strategy or a related role
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical services industry
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to use data for decision making
• Experience leading and managing teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
