Global Practice Leader, Application Engineering

Job Summary

To drive the commercial and operational success of the Application Engineering Practice, the full-time Global Practice Leader will manage P&L responsibilities, oversee service portfolio development, and ensure delivery excellence while working in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy and manage the Practice's revenue targets, margin performance, and investment decisions
• Define and evolve the Application Engineering service portfolio, ensuring competitive positioning and effective delivery
• Set quality standards and maintain executive-level client relationships to drive satisfaction and operational governance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology services with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role with P&L accountability
• Proven track record of growing a services business and owning commercial outcomes
• Experience in application development, software engineering, or digital transformation
• Ability to engage at C-level in a matrixed, global environment
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
