Global Pricing Operations Associate

Job Summary

As a full-time Global Pricing Operations Associate, the candidate will become a subject matter expert on pricing models, develop quotes and proposals, and provide strategic guidance to Sales and Customer Success teams, all while working remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on pricing models and variables influencing win rates in the Employer Solution market
• Translate complex pricing models into simple structures and partner with Product Marketing for internal and external communication
• Develop quotes and proposals in collaboration with the Sales and Customer Success teams while recommending improvements to the quote-to-cash process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or a relevant quantitative discipline
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, consulting, finance, or similar fields
• Experience with forecasting, data analysis, and financial modeling, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Exceptional ability to distill complex financial data into clear narratives for leadership and clients
• Organized and diligent in meeting deadlines while managing competing priorities
