Global Pricing Operations Associate

Job Summary

As a full-time Global Pricing Operations Senior Associate, the candidate will define pricing strategies to optimize revenue growth and retention while analyzing market data and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define Employer Solutions pricing strategy to optimize revenue growth, retention, and profitability
• Analyze market data and customer feedback to adapt pricing strategies to meet market demands
• Translate complex pricing models into clear structures for internal enablement and external communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or other relevant/quantitative disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, business operations, or financial planning & analysis, preferably within SaaS or Healthcare
• Experience with forecasting, data analysis, and developing financial models, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Exceptional ability to distill complex financial data into clear narratives for leadership and clients
• Experience navigating cross-functional priorities between Clinical, Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales teams
