Global Pricing Operations Associate
Job Summary
To support a growing Employer Solutions strategy, the full-time Global Pricing Operations Senior Associate will define pricing strategies, analyze market data, and translate complex pricing models into actionable structures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define Employer Solutions pricing strategy to optimize revenue growth, retention, and profitability in collaboration with Finance and Product teams
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to adapt pricing strategies to meet evolving market demands
- Partner with operational teams to ensure scalability of pricing strategies and provide guidance on deal structuring
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or a relevant quantitative discipline
- 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, business operations, or financial planning & analysis, preferably within SaaS or Healthcare
- Experience with forecasting, data analysis, and developing financial models, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Exceptional ability to distill complex financial data into clear narratives for leadership and clients
- Experience navigating cross-functional priorities among Clinical, Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales teams
