Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial, pricing, or margin leadership roles in global organizations
• Strong experience in industrial, capital equipment, or service-based businesses
• Proven track record of delivering measurable margin expansion through pricing initiatives
• Experience operating in complex matrix organizations with strong regional P&L ownership
• Deep understanding of installed base economics and lifecycle value drivers
