Global Privacy Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of a global privacy and data protection program, the full-time Global Privacy Manager will oversee assessments, data subject rights, vendor reviews, and training in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the global assessment workflow, including privacy impact assessments and annual assessment cycles
• Provide privacy-by-design guidance to product development teams, escalating legal questions as needed
• Own data subject rights operations, including intake, verification, fulfillment, and recordkeeping

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in privacy program management or operations
• Demonstrated ownership of core program machinery, including assessment workflows and vendor privacy reviews
• Operational depth in GDPR and UK GDPR, with knowledge of U.S. state privacy laws
• Fluency with privacy management tools and program metrics
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive organizational change across cross-functional teams
