Global Process Expert Lead-to-Cash

Job Summary

Driving excellence and continuous improvement in the Lead-to-Cash process, the full-time Global Process Expert Lead-to-Cash will design, optimize, and govern end-to-end processes from lead generation to invoicing while working remotely in Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and implementing optimized operating models and processes
• Analyzing workflows to identify automation and standardization opportunities
• Defining and monitoring end-to-end process KPIs and adoption metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field
• Several years of international experience in end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes
• In-depth knowledge of accounts receivable processes and best practices
• Experience with shared service models and transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with process management methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
