Global Process Owner, S&OP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Process Owner - Sales and Operations Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, design, and govern the global end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning process
• Establish and enforce global process governance to ensure consistent execution and accountability
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and champion automation and AI capabilities to enhance forecasting accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning roles, with 7+ years in global S&OP processes
• Proven experience as a global business process owner for major planning or operations processes
• Deep expertise with advanced planning systems such as Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Anaplan, or Oracle
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior executives across various functions
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
