Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Process Owner - Talent & Development and Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operating model for Talent & Development and Total Rewards, driving continuous improvement and influencing senior leadership
- Design integrated end-to-end processes in alignment with the global technology roadmap and data management strategy
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness and track improvements
Required Qualifications
- 6Sigma or Lean certifications
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 10 years or more
- Experience supporting Talent and Development and Total Rewards teams
- Knowledge of market tools and experience deploying AI tools in the relevant area
- Experience with SuccessFactors talent module or similar HRMS
