Global Process Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Process Specialist to assist with process improvements and support internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and implement improvements to processes supporting customers
• Monitor the health of assigned processes, programs, and tools to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to deploy new processes and streamline existing workflows

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in an Agile delivery environment
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ability to monitor and evaluate process health and identify improvement opportunities
• Experience writing and refining user stories and supporting backlog activities
• Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale process change initiatives
