Key Responsibilities

• Drive digital and technology transformation initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness
• Oversee the integration and optimization of technology platforms and manage stakeholder engagement for program execution
• Advance project management and change leadership practices, focusing on continuous improvement and supplier lifecycle processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience, Master's Degree with 10 years, or PhD with 8 years of experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in program or change management and 7+ years in source-to-pay
• In-depth knowledge of procurement technology platforms and experience in managing technology integration projects
• Experience in cross-functional process improvement efforts and creating standard operating procedures
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supplier lifecycle processes, including risk assessment and onboarding
