Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Procurement Director - MRO Maintenance & Damage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MRO and automotive parts, ensuring competitive supplier agreements
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize supply chains and standardize international procurement practices
• Monitor supplier performance and address risks related to supply chain, labor, and costs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• 10+ years of progressive procurement experience, particularly in MRO and automotive parts
• Proven ability to build and execute sourcing strategies across fragmented supplier bases
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Solid negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management skills
