Global Procurement Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Procurement Director to oversee the procurement function and manage sourcing and purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and manage recruitment
• Implement procurement strategies and manage the execution of sourcing plans to meet corporate goals
• Prepare reports on departmental activities and manage the procurement budget and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility required
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational and advanced mathematical skills
