Global Procurement Manager

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end procurement processes, the full-time remote Global Procurement Manager will forecast demand, manage supplier relationships, and oversee order and payment management for mobile phones across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Programs and country Operations & Procurement Managers to build and maintain rolling phone demand forecasts
• Own supplier communication and run RFQ/RFP processes to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of mobile phones
• Process and track purchase orders, coordinating with Finance on vendor payments and managing returns and warranty claims

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor/category management, preferably in electronics or telecom
• Proven experience with demand forecasting and purchase order management
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of managing supplier relationships effectively
• Ability to coordinate across multiple countries and time zones
• Fluency in English
