Global Product Development Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Product Development Lead to oversee the development of late-stage radiopharmaceutical compounds for therapeutic oncology indications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Global Program Leadership Team and ensure cross-functional commitments across Clinical, Regulatory, and CMC
• Drive integrated planning and manage program risks, ensuring effective communication and governance
• Collaborate with various teams to execute comprehensive product development plans and monitor budget forecasting

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in medical, pharma, or biotech field preferred; 12+ years in pharma/biotech required
• Minimum of 5+ years leading cross-functional product teams within the pharma/biotech domain
• Experience in oncology development and/or radiopharmaceuticals is advantageous
• Experience in clinical Phase 2, Phase 3, and through approval required
• Direct people management experience is considered an advantage
