Job Summary
Leading the global EOR product strategy, the full-time Global Product Owner, EOR will manage client relationships, drive product growth, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the senior product authority for EOR, leading strategic client engagements and proposals
- Own the global EOR product strategy, including service catalogue and delivery framework
- Set and maintain global execution standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all regions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Law, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in EOR, Global Employment, or HR Outsourcing
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a global product or operational function
- Strong knowledge of global employment practices and labor regulations
- Demonstrated capability in driving growth through revenue generation and client retention
