Global Product Transformation Director

Job Summary

Global Product Transformation Director is a full-time senior role responsible for facilitating the implementation of the Pit Lane operating model across product systems, ensuring effective cross-system integration and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate the CPO's transformation priorities into a practical roadmap for the Product organization
• Integrate Product systems and ensure consistent follow-through on high-priority commitments
• Identify and resolve friction points across Product systems and partner functions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior leadership, transformation, or business operations roles
• Experience leading operating-model change in complex environments
• Ability to operate across multiple senior stakeholders without formal authority
• Strong executive communication skills and decision-making capabilities
• Organizational judgement and discretion in handling sensitive matters
