Global Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Global Program Manager to lead a team of program managers in delivering marketing assets for Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of program managers while establishing best practices for program delivery
• Provide program leadership for complex global marketing initiatives and ensure efficient execution across channels
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate campaign strategies into coordinated execution plans and improve program management processes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience within marketing, creative operations, or go-to-market organizations
• Experience leading or mentoring program/project managers and building high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of marketing campaign development and multi-channel execution
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
• Experience working in global organizations preferred; Life Sciences or Healthcare experience is a plus
