Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Project Management Lead responsible for managing design, planning, and construction projects for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Oversee project processes including design, entitlements, and contractor selection

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least twelve years of related experience with two or more years in management
• Advanced project management skills with expertise in client relations
• Proficient in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and scheduling
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and MS Project
