Global Project Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading global Project Management teams for Carling, the full-time Global Project Management Manager will manage project managers on product development projects, ensuring high-quality product launches while coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing operational aspects of complex engineering projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Carling Project Management team across multiple locations, ensuring accountability for team results
• Monitor project compliance and risk, developing resolutions to meet quality and productivity goals
• Plan human resource requirements for new product development and ensure effective communication within project teams

Required qualifications:

• B.S. in engineering required; PMP Certification or equivalent preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a product development environment, with a minimum of 5 years in Project Management within the automotive and commercial vehicle industry
• Experience interfacing with automotive OEMs and/or Tier 1 customers
• Strong team management and budget planning skills
• Excellent English communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus
