• Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, maintaining high standards of quality assurance and performance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within an agency or brand environment
• Track record of managing global client accounts and delivering results on social/digital projects
• Experience in mentoring and coordinating diverse teams
• Familiarity with project management and CRM tools such as Monday.com and Zoho
• Knowledge of social media platforms, strategy, monitoring, and insights
