Global Public Sector Operations Director

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a remote environment, the full-time Global Public Sector Operations Director will define and execute scalable strategies for Virtru's government business, manage operational roadmaps and budgets, and align cross-functional teams to support aggressive growth targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute operational strategies across U.S. Federal, Defense & Intelligence, and International Government segments
• Build and manage multi-year operational roadmaps and budgets aligned with growth targets
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape market strategy and operational processes

Required qualifications:

• Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or above)
• 10+ years of experience in business operations, with at least 5 years in Public Sector markets
• Proven track record in scaling operations for high-growth public sector technology businesses
• Deep knowledge of government procurement processes and contracting vehicles
• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or data technology environments
