Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Publication Planning.

Key Responsibilities

Support strategic publication planning activities and maintain publication plan documents
Manage journal and conference submissions while ensuring compliance with electronic records
Track progress of content development for multiple projects and coordinate printing and shipping of posters

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MS) in life sciences or related field with 5 years of experience in publication support
Familiarity with scientific and medical terminology
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with Good Publication Practices and ICMJE requirements is preferred
