Job Summary
A company is looking for a QA Manager to develop and lead a comprehensive Quality Assurance as a Service model across its multi-platform product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a global QA as a Service model for multiple product lines
- Establish standardized QA frameworks and processes that integrate with existing SDLC practices
- Build and manage a global team of QA professionals while leveraging data analytics for insights into software quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance
- 5+ years of leadership experience in building and scaling distributed QA organizations
- Experience with diverse technology stacks including Java, C#, .Net, Ruby, AWS, and Azure
- Proven track record in developing global QA strategies and implementing standardized processes
