Global Quality Management Director

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise-wide strategy and governance, the full-time Global Quality Management Director will oversee the continuous improvement of global quality systems in a remote capacity, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on quality system maturity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern the global QMS operating model, including standards and processes across quality organizations
• Drive global QMS strategy and modernization initiatives to support growth and acquisitions
• Ensure alignment of QMS processes with regulatory requirements and industry standards while providing oversight for key QMS processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems or regulatory compliance in regulated environments
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing global Quality or QMS teams
• Expert-level knowledge of global QMS design and regulatory frameworks such as FDA and ISO standards
• Experience in regulated industries such as animal health, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals
