Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Global R&D Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical studies as the sourcing lead and engage stakeholders to identify business requirements
• Oversee clinical study budget estimation and management throughout the study life cycle
• Identify, select, and manage clinical vendors, ensuring quality oversight and performance measurement

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience, or MS/MA degree with 4+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in clinical outsourcing and vendor management
• Understanding of clinical study budget management and cost structures
• Ability to supervise staff as needed
