Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Readiness Architect - Industries, Sr. Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve product serviceability by building expertise in new product introductions and migrations
• Engage with customers to uncover blind spots and share implementation knowledge
• Prepare and scale expertise with Industry Customer Success team members

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience with Industry products like Non-profit Cloud or Energy & Utilities
• Salesforce Admin preferred, certifications such as Salesforce AI Associate a plus
• 5+ years of customer engagement experience, including strategic guidance on feature adoption
• Ability to interact well with technical and non-technical customers and internal teams
• Desire to continually study new technologies and be involved in projects that push capabilities
