Job Summary

Seeking a Global Recruiter for a contract position, this remote role will manage full-cycle recruiting, build relationships with hiring managers worldwide, and design innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and define ideal candidate profiles
• Run full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple time zones
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced SaaS or tech startup environment
• Proven success in sourcing and closing talent across multiple regions and countries
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
• Strong communication skills that effectively translate across cultures and time zones
• A creative and resourceful sourcing mindset, utilizing direct outreach and social networking
